Unfortunately, we cannot deliver your order without a signature on delivery unless you have preselected the 'Authority to Leave' option when placing your order online.
By selecting the 'Authority to Leave' option at the check out when ordering online, you are authorising the courier to then leave the parcel somewhere safe if no one is at the address at the time of delivery.
'Authority to Leave' cannot be added to your order once it has been proceeded.
