Placing an online order with the Haircare Group is easy.
- Sign in to our website with your Haircare Group account details. Not an existing account holder? Apply online now by filling in a quick and easy form.
- Once signed in, browse our wide range of products or search for a particular product using the search bar
- Click on a products to read more information or simply click 'Add to cart'.
- The product will automatically add to your cart in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Review your cart at any time by clicking the 'My Cart' icon.
- From the cart click "Continue Shopping" or proceed to purchase by clicking 'View Cart and Checkout'
- By clicking the 'View Cart and Checkout' button you will be taken to your cart and shown a list of the items you wish to purchase.
- Here you can review and edit your cart - increase or decrease product quantities by using the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons. Remove product all together by clicking 'Remove', or click 'Clear Cart' to remove all items.
- When you have finalised your cart, click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. This will take you to the 'Delivery' section of the checkout.
- Add a 'New Address' or choose from a 'Saved Address' by toggling between these buttons at the top of the screen
- At this stage any shipping costs will be added and the subtotal of your cart will be updated on the right-hand side of your screen.
- Add any delivery instructions in the 'Delivery Notes/ Instructions' box to ensure a smooth delivery.
- When you have finalised your delivery information, click the 'Proceed to Payment' button. This will take you to the 'Payment' section of the checkout.
- Here you will add your payment details. You can choose to pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
- Review your order details
- When you are ready click 'Place My Order'
- You will receive an email confirmation to your nominated email address for your own records.
