To track a refund or exchange, we recommend sending parcels by a tracked courier to ensure they are received to us safely.
From there, once your return or exchange has been processed, an updated receipt or order form will be sent to you, confirming your return.

- Your account number or salon name
- Order number
- Products to be refunded/exchanged
Our customer service team will then investigate this and ensure your refund or exchange is completed.
